Our three-bedroom lodges are made for proper time away with family and friends, combining the freedom of a self-catering lodge in Dartmoor with the comfort and character of Bovey Castle close at hand.
Each lodge has three double or twin bedrooms, three bathrooms or shower rooms, an open-plan lounge and dining area, fully equipped kitchen and private terrace with woodland or moorland views. You will also find complimentary Wi-Fi, bathrobes, slippers, TempleSpa toiletries and a utility room with washer dryer.
Pet-friendly options are also available.
For something a little more special, our Dartmoor Luxury Lodges add feature stone fireplaces, timber A-frame beams, enhanced Wi-Fi and televisions in every bedroom.
Your lodge is fully equipped for self-catering, but you do not have to cook unless you want to.

Bovey Castle feels wonderfully tucked away in Dartmoor National Park, yet reaching us is refreshingly simple.
The estate is easily accessed from the A30, taking exit 28 at Whiddon Down, before following the route towards Moretonhampstead and North Bovey. For those travelling by train or air, Exeter St David’s Train Station is 17 miles away, while Exeter Airport is 29 miles away and Bristol Airport is 86 miles away.
Transport from local train stations and airports can also be arranged in advance for an additional fee, allowing your three night lodge stay to begin with ease. Once you arrive, there is little need to rush anywhere, with your private lodge, the castle, dining, activities, spa, golf and the surrounding Devon countryside all close by.

The Winter Lodge Rate is available for lodge stays of three nights or more and offers a saving of 40%. Rates start from £450 per lodge, per night and are subject to availability and selected stay dates. The offer is not valid during school half-term periods, Christmas, New Year, Easter or UK bank holiday periods. The advertised rate of £75 per person, per night is based on six guests sharing a Classic Dartmoor Lodge.
Full payment will be taken from the debit or credit card supplied at the time of booking and the rate is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Should you wish to amend your stay, please provide at least seven days’ notice prior to arrival. The amount paid can then be held as credit towards a new stay.
Maximum lodge occupancy is six adults and two children. Guests aged 15 years and over are classed as adults for occupancy purposes. Lodges are serviced after three nights. All bookings are subject to availability.
