Our wedding at Bovey Castle last June was honestly the most magical experience we could have hoped for, and both ourselves and our guests are still talking about it months later. The setting is breathtaking, the building itself feels like something out of a fairytale, and the atmosphere is both grand and incredibly welcoming.

What made the experience so exceptional was definitely the team. Every single member of staff we interacted with went above and beyond to make our day perfect. Planning a wedding can feel overwhelming at times, but the team made the whole process feel calm, organised and genuinely enjoyable. They were always responsive, thoughtful, and happy to help with even the smallest details. It felt like they truly cared about making our day special rather than simply hosting another event.

We held our ceremony in the summer house, and the grounds were stunning, creating the most beautiful backdrop for photos. Walking through the venue with our guests and seeing their reactions really reminded us how lucky we were to celebrate in such an incredible place. The food was another highlight. The quality was outstanding and beautifully presented, and several of our guests have since said it was the best wedding meal they have ever had. From the drinks reception through to the evening, everything was handled with such care and attention to detail.

Looking back, we genuinely cannot imagine having celebrated our wedding anywhere else. Bovey Castle gave us not only a stunning venue but an unforgettable experience for us and all of our guests. We will always have such special memories of our day there, and we are so grateful to the entire team for helping make it the most wonderful start to our marriage.
