Flame-fired dining on our Dartmoor estate

Launching Sunday 7th June, Smith’s Flame & Smoke celebrates bold flavours, open-fire cooking and easy summer dining, set against the backdrop of the Dartmoor countryside. Expect charred sharing plates, slow-cooked meats, fresh coastal flavours and seasonal salads, accompanied by live music and a laid-back atmosphere.

Designed for sharing, the experience includes a generous selection of table snacks, your choice of main from the flame, rustic seasonal sides and live entertainment throughout the afternoon or evening. Highlights from the menu include 12-hour black pepper brisket with sticky Bourbon glaze, pit roasted pork belly with charred peaches, whole South Coast mackerel and flame roasted cauliflower steak with romesco.
