Cocktail Masterclass

With the guidance of our resident mixologists, learn about the history and technique behind creating some of the world’s most famous cocktails. Guests will get to make 4 cocktails each.

During the cocktail-making session, each person will be called to recreate one of our infamous cocktails- shaken, stirred or built up within the glass. Additionally, a selection of mocktails can also be made during the session.

Alternatively, if you would prefer to invent your own cocktail, our mixologist will guide you through the hotel’s selection of spirits and mixers and offer advice on creating your own drink.

Runs every Friday at 6:00pm and lasts  for 1 hour

£45 per person, or £20 per person for Mocktails.
