The details supplied where the lower rate has been seen must comply with the same conditions. (Terms and conditions of the sale of the room, type of room, start and end dates). Applies to online vendors only.
If the request is correct and the difference verified by the Reservations Manager, you will receive a communication from Bovey Castle confirming your new rate.
