All our room rates include the following unless otherwise specified;

VAT (at prevailing rate)    
Tea and coffee making facilities in bedroom
Luxury bathroom amenities
Fluffy bathrobes and slippers   
Flat screen TV
TV and music (pay-per-view films on demand)   
Full use of our leisure spa 
Unlimited use of the putting green and croquet lawn    
Daily falconry display    
Valet parking   
(There is a discretionary service charge of 5.0% on accommodation,12.5% on food and beverages, transport 10%, spa 5%, activities 5 %. No further gratuity required) 

Children     
Children up to the age of 4 years are accommodated free of charge in a cot or on an extra bed.
(Not in a Single or Classic room)
Children aged 5 - 14 years can be accommodated in parent's room on an extra bed at the cost of £20.00 per night. (Not in a Single or Classic room)   
For two children, interconnecting rooms can be requested, or please book a family room.

For children the rate includes:
Use of the play area - swings, slide, trampoline and cricket net
Daily egg collecting
Daily visit to the ferrets
Daily falconry display
Use of the hotel bikes
Use of the swimming pool (with parent's supervision)
