If you find a price lower on a vendor website that is bookable on line, within 24 hours of your reservation being confirmed, just simply take a screen shot of the page and send it to our team at reservations@boveycastle.com, detailing your name and contact details.

The screen shot must include the following information:
Hotel Name
Website operator
Start and end dates of stay
Price, type of accommodation and terms and conditions of the booking
It must be available to book to be valid
