Well, it’s definitely because of the luxurious hospitality of Bovey Castle, the attention to detail and outstanding service. It may also be to make the most of our championship golf course or to indulge in a treatment or two in the UK’s flagship SUNDÃRI spa.

Perhaps it’s the vast array of activities available to experience or the wonderful choice of dining options, from afternoon tea on the South Terrace to a private dinner in the secluded Summerhouse. The unrivalled location and views over the dramatic Dartmoor National Park play a part, but it’s all of these elements combined that make Bovey Castle such a unique destination time after time.

Exclusive Use
We occasionally host exclusive use events here at the hotel. During this time only lodge accommodation is available to book. Access to the main hotel for lodge residents and non-residents is not available during this time, with the exception of the swimming pool, Castle Bistro, gym, spa and golf course.

In 2013 the following dates are confirmed as exclusive use;

12th - 13th June
24th - 26th June
29th - 30th June
21st - 22nd September

(Exclusive use events run from 12pm on the first day to 12pm on the final day).
