The Edwardian Grill is our main dining experience; it offers a superb atmosphere in which to relax and enjoy Bovey Castle's exceptional cuisine.

Head chef Marc Hardiman introduced The Beef Menu into The Edwardian Grill in August 2012, a nose-to-tail dining concept using Dartmoor beef, which will run alongside a selection of dishes featuring the freshest of locally-caught day boat fish, fantastic artisan cheeses and freshly baked rustic bread - all accompanied by the finest wines from our superb cellar. The Edwardian Grill also serves the hotel's impressive traditional Sunday lunch, offering a varied selection of locally-sourced meat, fish and vegetarian options. Choose from a two-course menu for £19.95 or three courses for £24.95.

Marc's five-course taster menu is available from October and features a selection of the best flavours to enjoy this season for £75.00 per person, including a glass of champagne .
