Smaller syndicates and breakout meetings can be held within a private dining room or lodge, both promising undisturbed privacy. Our meeting facilities have natural light, air conditioning, a comprehensive business support system and the discreet and impeccable service you would expect from us.

All the meeting rooms at Bovey Castle offer the very latest in ICT solutions; our smaller rooms are equipped with plasma touch screens while full presentation theatre solutions are available in the Dartmoor Suite, with roving microphones integrated onto LCD tablet to facilitate the most professional of presentations. Bose sound systems are standard and each room offers DVD and VCR facilities, as well as wireless or CAT5 connectivity for computer generated presentations or video conferencing.

In conjunction with First Great Western, Bovey Castle is delighted to offer its delegates reduced standard and first class train travel to Exeter St David’s from London and beyond, valid for travel within a month and fully refundable.
