FLY FISHING

Fly fishing instruction and coaching sessions take place on the castle lakes, with our fully qualified instructor.

This session is a wonderful introduction to fly fishing. You will be taught the fundamentals of fly casting and will usually progress to the extent whereby you can fish.
Places are limited to a Maximum of 4 guests per session. There is a minimum age limit of 12 years.
Private sessions may be available by prior appointment.

Fishing permits for residents and non- residents for the castle lakes and the rivers Bovey and Teign may be purchased directly from the activities team.

A wide range of fly fishing on rivers and lakes is available both on and off site. Professional guiding is also available by arrangement, for the advancing and experienced angler.
